Founder and TWB Executive Director
Dean Bedford is the founder of PLANet Systems Group (PSG). PLANet Systems Group is a privately held corporation founded in 1996.
Headquartered in Middleburg, Virginia, PLANet Systems Group develops and markets database applications for a wide variety of industries and government organizations.
PLANet Systems Group likewise provides consulting services relating to products including in-house and on-site training, customer support and maintenance, and customized development.
Dean's commitment to his work and to fostering sustainable development in post-conflict and developing economies is reflected in his commitment to TWB's students and to TWB's applications. Currently PLANet Systems Group funds all TWB development efforts.
TWB Novi Sad Team Leader and Web Developer
Born in Novi Sad, Serbia on Jan. 27 1971. Mladen is one of three founders of TWB together with Dean Bedford and Vladimir Dukic.
Graduated in school of Electrical Engineering, completed many programing courses in Serbia, Czech Republic and Denmark.
Mladen has 7 years of management experience as a Team Leader and 5 years of programing experience.
Previously employed by Gutenberg & Byte (Sr. Karlovci, Serbia - 7 years), Globopolis.com (Prague, Czech Republic - 2 years), Contactel (Prague, Czech Republic - 2 years).
He brings a wide range of programing skills (PL/SQL, PHP, ColdFusion) and rich experience in Databases.
Mladen is married, has one daughter (Isidora) is fluent in Serbian, English and Czech and speaks basic German.
TWB Novi Sad Office Director
Born in Novi Sad, Serbia on Dec. 8 1972. Graduated in school of Traffic & Transportation Engineering.
Founded TWB with his brother Mladen and Dean Bedford.
Vladimir has rich Management and Web Development Experience. Previously employed by Video Byte (Novi Sad, Serbia), Auto-Tehnika (Novi Sad, Serbia), Globopolis.com (Prague, Czech Republic), In Your Pocket(Prague, Czech Republic).
Vladimir's determination and commitment to education make him the driving force of our Serbian operations.
His skills include 10 years of Web Development and Design and a rich management experiance.
Vladimir is fluent in Serbian and English.
TWB Project Manager
Martina joined the TWB in the spring of 2005. From 1998 till the beginning of 2005 she was working for the international non-profit organization EastWest Institute as an Events & Conference Coordinator for Europe.
During her EWI carrier she was responsible for all aspects of conference management and she successfully organized many international events in Central, Eastern and SouthEastern Europe.
Martina was studying economy and she is coming from Prague.
TWB Web Developer and Hardware Administrator

Graduated in school of Electrical Engineering. Immediately after that he enrolled the Faculty Of Technical Science in Novi Sad, where successfully graduated at the department of mechanics.
For a short time he was employed in an industry. After that he got a job as a teacher of computing, while in the same time he was selling and servicing computers. Finally, today he's a proud member of TWB.
He's good at HTML, PHP, MySQL and Macromedia Flash, also he has a great knowledge of hardware.
He speaks Serbian and Hungarian fluently and basic English.
TWB FMP Developer and Education Adviser
Born 18.04.1972. in Novi Sad, Serbia. After High School (Electrical Engineering), attending mechanical studies ( all X semesters ) on FTN ( Faculty of technical science) in Novi Sad.
Has a great experience in teaching Windows OS, Microsoft Office ( more than 2000 people ). Also, he worked in non-government, non-profit organization Novi Sad Humanitarian Centre ( especially with Roma people displaced from Kosovo and Metohija).
Veselko is the newest TWB Fellow he is beginner in databases development ( FileMaker, MySQL ).
Married, one daughter (Milica).
Veselko is fluent in Serbian and speaks basic English.

TWB Regional Project Coordinator
|Scott Van Wagenen has worked in the field of web development for over 6 years. He has worked for a variety of companies, most notably, Monster.com. In 2002, he began working in Kosovo as a Project Coordinator with the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) and Balkan Sunflowers, working in the Roma community. With a background in Art and ESL teaching, Scott brings a eclectic mix of disciplines and a love of travel and languages to the TWB team. He is currently at home in Prague working on TWB's next phase of development. Scott speaks English and basic Czech, Serbian, and Spanish. |

|Dragan was born 0n 12. March 1972. He finished the Academy of Art at the University of Nov Sad, department of sculpture. |
At the moment he is finishing his post graduate studies in the class of professor Gordana Kaljalovic.
Dragan worked as Assistant professor at the Department of New Media for 4 years.

TWB Web Developer, Customer Care
Marija is the newest member of TWB. Born in Novi Sad, she graduated Pedagogical Gymnasium in 1989.
Dedicated to education, Maria worked in SOS Children's Village in Sremska Kamenica next to Novi Sad.
Maria is learning web development in Linux environment using PHP/MySQL. She is married with Mladen and they have one daughter (Isidora).

Attended Faculty Of Social and Natural Sciences in Novi Sad, where successfully graduated at the Department of Tourism in 1997.
Worked for more than eight years in travel business as Sales and Commercial Manager.
Born in Belgrade, Serbia on Dec. 22. 1977. From 2000 till the end of 2005. she was working in a Foreign language center "Lingua" and at University "Braca Karic", Faculty of Trade and Banking as a Spanish language teacher.
Ivana is undergraduate at the Faculty of Philology, Belgrade University, Department of Iberian Studies.
Ivana is fluent in Spanish and English.
